摘要
采用大鼠海马脑片缺氧模型,从细胞水平上探讨三七皂甙(Rg1)对神经细胞缺氧损伤的保护作用及其机理。实验结果显示,Rg1能提高神经细胞的耐缺氧能力,并对神经细胞缺氧损伤具有明显的保护作用,其作用机制与Rg1拮抗钙离子内流和对抗谷氨酸的毒性作用有密切关系。
In the study,rat hippocampal slices were employed to investigate the effect of Rg1 and its mechanism of preventing neurons from being damaged in anoxic condition.The results show that Rg1could increase the ability of neurons for cenduing anoxic condition and protect neurons against injuring. Its mechanism is that Rg1 decreases the Ca2+ influx and abates the toxic effect of Clutamic acid.
