摘要
对利咽止咳片中桑叶、玄参、白芍、陈皮、苦杏仁、青黛进行了薄层鉴别，并应用高效液相色谱法对白芍中芍药甙进行了含量测定，方法灵敏，重现性好，加样回收率为９６．６６％，ＲＳＤ为２．８８％（ｎ＝５）。
In this study, Folium Mori,Radix scrophulariae, Radix Paeoniae Alba,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Semen Armeniacae Amarum and Indigo Naturalis in Liyan Zhike Tablet were identified by thin-layer chromatography. The paeoniflorin content of Radix Paeoniae Alba was analyzed quantitatively by HPLC. It was shown that the methods are sensitive with good reproducibility, the rate of recovery is 96.66% and the RSD is 2.88%(n=5).
