摘要
以大尺度双层圆柱壳体结构为试验模型,通过比较全部敷设、部分敷设、不敷设隔声去耦材料等工况下的声辐射响应来研究隔声去耦材料声学性能,为实艇敷设隔声去耦材料提供参考。在研究结构的声辐射特征时,分别从模型结构的辐射声源级、频带声源级、声源指向性等几个方面来考察辐射声场,并讨论了部分敷设时的声场特征。结果表明:隔声去耦材料能显著减小水下结构的辐射噪声,且高频效果优于低频,合理的部分敷设也能获得满意的降噪效果,但在低频单点激励作用下的效果较差。
The separate-sound and decoupled material is used to decrease the submarine sound radiation. In order to evaluate the material capacity, an experiment is performed and the experimental model is a large double cylindrical shell so that it more near to the real submarine. According to the material coating, the experiment is divided to several work occasions:full-coated, part-coated and no-coated, and the material capacity is evaluated by comprising the sound radiation in different work cases. When researching the structure sound radiation, its sound source level, sound band source level and source direction are discussed, and the influence of the part-coated is also discussed. The results show that the material can decrease the underwater structure sound radiation obviously, and reasonable part-coated can also decrease sound, but its capacity is weak when objected to low-frequency machine exciting.
