空间信息优势——未来战场的“制高点”

Space—the "Last High Ground" in Future Battlefield

空间系统和空间资源对国家安全具有十分重要的保障作用,对战争进程与最终结局具有决定性的影响。空间将成为未来战场上夺取信息优势的"最后一个制高点"。将空间资源,特别是将100多颗在轨工作的军用卫星当作战争机器的核心力量来使用的新颖空间战,这是现代战争向数字化、信息化、网络化发展的必然趋势,也是现代战争向无接触战争模式转变的必经途径。文章简要叙述了空间军事化及其在现代战争中的作用与地位,指出控制空间与夺取空间信息优势是保障国家安全与获取军事优势的核心战略之一。根据空间系统的易损性分析,针对美军的反空间行动计划,分析了空间信息对抗体系结构。文章指出,解决空间作战与信息作战的综合问题是当前最为紧迫的研究内容之一。

Space systems and resources play a vey important role in national security and have dominating effects on the operation processes and final results in war. Space will be ＂the last high ground＂ for dominating the superiority of information in the future battlefield. New space war is a war to use space resources, especially the over 100 military satellites in orbits, as the core force, the tendency for transforming modern to digitalized, informational and networking warfare, and the unique way for the transition of modern to contactless warfare. Space modernization and its role in future battlefield are briefed in the paper. Based on the vulnerability analysis of space systems and counter space operations programs and projects implemented by U. S. forces, the paper puts forward the system architecture of space information operations. Finally, it is pointed out that one of the critical issues is the integration of space and information operations.
