新城建设中中心广场的营造策略研究——以东莞新城市中心广场为例

Strategy for Central Square Construction in the New Town Development： Taking Dongguan New Town Central Square as an Example

新城中心广场作为新城的主要节点空间，对新城健康发展具有重要意义。本文以东莞新城市中心广场为例，分析了该广场在东莞新城建设中的地位及其存在的主要矛盾和问题。提出其应对构建城市生态网络节点、提升城市中心意象和塑造空间场所感三个方面发挥作用，并以此为鉴，为新城建设中中心广场的营造策略提供一种总体思考路径。

As an main node space, new town central square has an importance on healthy development of new town. Taking Dong guan new town central square as an example, this paper analyze it＇s position and problems in the new town construction, points out that it should act positively in three aspect： patch in the ecological network; strengthen city image; create space sense, hopes to provide a way of overall thinking for central square construction in the new town development.
