摘要
针对弧形连铸坯生产的N80-1石油套管合格率低的问题,利用扫描电镜对石油套管缺陷试样进行微观检验,确定了连铸坯内的大型夹渣是导致石油套管裂纹的主要因素。根据钢管塑性变形理论,主要分析了钢管穿孔变形时应力应变状况,阐述了石油套管外表大裂纹及基体内部微裂纹形成过程,提出了减少裂纹的改进措施。
Arc continuous cast billets are adopted to produce N80-lcasing which has low eligible rate because of big flaws on the surface and small cracks inside. Inspecting by the X- ray Microanalysis System, big impurities were found. Based on the steel tube plastic deformation principle, analysis of the stress-strain was made for the piercing process and the crack forming machnism depicted. Improving mesurements were given to reduce th cracks.
