摘要
企业文化管理是21世纪企业管理的核心,文化竞争将成为企业间竞争的重点。为此,针对我国矿山实际状况分析了矿山企业文化管理现状,并在和谐理念的指导下建立矿山特色企业文化。
Management of enterprise culture is the core of enterprise management m the 21st century and the cultural competition will be the key point of competition among enterprises. In this paper, it has analyzed present situation of mine enterprise culture management in view of our country＇s mine actual condition, and build mine characteristic enterprise culture based on the concept of harmony.
