摘要
在正交试验确定的相对最佳操作条件的基础上,对MSBR7池工艺除磷影响因素进行了研究,结果表明:在本试验选定的因素中,对系统除磷影响的主次顺序为COD/P>R>MLSS>COD/N;工艺要求COD/P>60,COD/N>7,但是过高的COD/P也会导致TP去除率下降;在R为0.6时系统除磷效果最好;进水COD浓度过低或过高都会导致系统除磷效果下降。
Based on relatively optimum operating condition that get from orthogonal experiment, the paper analyzes primary factors that influence the removal of phosphorus in 7-tank process of MSBR. The experimental results show that the sequence of the factors that affect phosphorus removal is: COD/P〉R〉MLSS〉COD/N; the process require the COD/P〉60,COD/N〉7,but too high COD/P will deteriorate phosphorus removal; the best phosphorus removal appear when the R is 0.6; the phosphorus removal will deteriorate while the inlet COD is too low or too high.
