减少工业炉炉壁热污染问题的理论研究

摘要 针对工业炉壁面的散热特点,建立了工业炉壁面的散热数学模型,并采用SIMPLE法对其无因次方程组进行求解,得出炉体热量主要散失在Y=0-0.1处。对现有加热炉炉壁的散热状况进行了实测计算,并对安装炉壁档板情况下的热量回收能力进行了分析,结果显示,在基本相同的条件下,其向大气环境排放的热量可从1 524.8 W/m^2下降到60.1 W/m^2,同时还可回收热量404 kW,大大减少了向周围环境的热污染。 According to the characteristics of the heat dissipation of industrial furnace wall, the mathematics model of its heat dissipation was established, and the SIMPLE method was adopted to solve these dimensionless equations,obtained that main heat loss of furnace body is between 0 and 0.1 of Y coordinate.This paper analyzed the capacity of the heat recycle after fixing plates for heat protection,through testing and calculating the heat dissipation of existing furnace wall.The result shows that the heat dissipation will fall from 1 524.8 W/m^2 to 60.1 W/m^2 exhausted to ambiencein. Under the almost similar condition,at the same time,the heat 404 kW can be reclaimed,the heat pollution was greatly reduced.
