摘要
知识发现技术已经成功的应用在了各个领域。存储在PACS中的大量图像和其他数据使得发现潜在的知识成为可能。这篇文章检查了存在于PACS中的数据以及它们的属性,也考虑了医院和相应知识发现技术一些实际需求。这篇文章将介绍一个建立在实际PACS中非典(SARS)病例检测原型。实验结果显示大约73.17%SARS病例可以从PACS中被发现。
Knowledge discovery techniques have been successfully applied in many fields. Massive images and other types of data stored in Picture Archiving and Communication System(PACS) make the discovery of potential knowledge possible. This paper inspects data stored in PACS and their properties.Some practical requirements from hospitals and corresponding knowledge discovery techniques will also be included. As an example,this paper will give an introduction to automatic Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) case detection prototype constructed on a real-life PACS.Experiment results show that about 73:17% SARS cases can be discovered from PACS.
