摘要 目的对检验专业本科教育现有学科体系进行系列改革探索与实践,形成一套适应学科发展和社会需求的具有示范辐射效应的培养模式。方法在对我国医学检验教育现状分析的基础上,结合学校新开专业四年制医学检验本科的实际情况,突出科学创新精神和实践操作能力两个主旨特征,围绕四年制医学检验专业培养目标、课程体系、理论与实践教学内容、教学方法等方面进行探索改革。结果经过3年多的实践和努力,四年制医学检验专业教学质量明显提高,并取得一定教学和科研成果。结论我校四年制医学检验本科的教学改革,对培养基础宽厚扎实,动手能力强,综合素质高,具有创新竞争意识的实用型检验医学人才,不断提升学校医学检验专业在国内的影响力和竞争力,具有重要而积极的推动作用和广阔的应用前景。 Objective To conduct a series of exploration and practice in the subject system for medical laboratory education, so as to build a new cultivation pattern which is adapted to subject development and social requirement, with the feature of our university. Methods Based on the analysis of our nation's medical laboratory education, combined with the complexion of our new four-year medical laboratory specialty and giving prominence to practice and innovation capability, reform and practice of the following aspects were carried out: cultivating target, curriculum system, teaching content and method of theory and practice, et al. Results A great progress has been made in teaching quality of four-year medical laboratory specialty with some teaching and scientific researching production. Conclusion The innovation and practice play an important role in promoting the cultivation of applied laboratory talents with solid medical foundation, strong practice capability, high integrative quality and innovating consciousness, and in promoting the affection of our medical laboratory. As a result, it will be applied more broadly.
