Nursing for 38 Case of Renal Cyst Treated by Ethanol Absolute Uunder B Ultrasound

目的探讨B超引导下无水乙醇治疗肾囊肿的护理要点。方法总结38例B超引导下无水乙醇治疗单纯性肾囊肿患者的一般资料、围术期各项护理措施。结果经B超引导下肾囊肿硬化治疗患者的术前心理护理,术中护士娴熟的手术配合,术后病情观察,使患者乐于接受并较好地配合手术,有效地减少了手术并发症,疗效满意。结论熟练掌握B超引导下肾囊肿硬化治疗有关知识,正确实施硬化治疗围术期各项护理措施,是有效提高手术成功率,减少手术并发症的关键。

Objective To probe into the main nursing points for the treatment of renal cyst with ultrasound gtuided absolute .Methods To summarize the general material and operation nursing measures for 38 cases patients with renal cyst and who had been conducted ultrasound guided ethanol absolute treatment Results Strengthen psychological nursing for renal cyst patients before sclerosis treatment guided by type-B ultrasound,proficient auxiliary operation nursing measures were carried out and patients, condition was observed after operation,so as to make the patients accept the operation happily. The operation complications were largely reduced with satisfactory curative effects. Conclusion Familiarizing with the relevant knowledge about type-B ultrasound guided sclerosis treatment and carrying out the proper nursing measures are necessary for improving the operation successful rate and reducing the complications of operation.
