摘要
企业社会责任应该区分为必须社会责任与非必须社会责任两类,两类社会责任实现的机制不同。企业承担必须社会责任来自于消费者、社会公众、员工和政府的共同压力;承担非必须社会责任来自于社会的激励,并且当企业把非必须社会责任与自身的发展目标联系起来时,这类社会责任的履行更具持续性。
Corporate social responsibility should fall into two kinds: one is compulsory and the other is non-compulsory. The mechanisms are distinct when enterprises take different social responsibilities. The compulsory social responsibility originates from the pressure of consumers, general public, employees and government, while the non-complusory responsibility originates from social encouragement. When the non-compulsory responsibility is associated with their development goal closely, the enterprises will take it persistently.
