从农户农地流转行为看农地流转的制约因素——以广西南宁市马山县为例

On Restriction of Farmland Transference from Farm Households' Behavior——A Case Study in Mashan County,Nanning City,Guangxi

研究主要采用了问卷调查的方法,以南宁市马山县片联乡为例,对农户农地流转行为进行了实证分析,以探索农户农地流转的制约因素。得出的结论为:有效组织保障的缺失、区域自然环境条件的落后、利益补偿机制的不健全以及农民本身的恋土情结等因素影响了农户农地流转行为。为此,应完善农地流转中介组织,加强农业基础设施建设,健全利益补偿机制及提高农民科技文化素质。

Adopting questionnaires, choosing Mashan County in Nanning city as the investigation spots, and giving a study of facts about the farmland transference, and trying to find out the restriction of farmland transference. The conclusion shows that four factors restrict the farmland transference： such as the effective intermediary organization is not perfect; the condition of natural environment in the areas is poor; the interest compensation mechanism is distempered; and the soil complex of the peasants is o- verweight. Therefore we should perfect the intermediary organization, improve agricultural infrastructure construction as well as the compensation mechanism, and enhance Farmers＇ scientific and cultural qualities, in order to hasten farmland Transference.
