摘要
随着IT市场竞争的日趋激烈,IT企业把关注的焦点转移到客户关系上,如何找到长期合作客户是IT企业的核心任务。本文通过建立IT企业选择客户的指标体系,利用GE矩阵,将客户进行分类,从而得到不同类别的客户群,最终找到企业的目标客户。
With the IT market fierce competition, IT enterprises begin to shift the focus on attention to the customer relationship. The key task of IT enterprises is to find out long-term customers from hundreds of customers. Firstly IT enterprise's index system to select customers was established, Secondly the customers were classified by using GE matrix. Finally the target customers were found out from different types of customers.
