摘要
近年来,英国高等教育经历了一系列重大的改革,大学工作本位学习的改革尝试就是其中之一。其主要目的在于确保所有大学毕业生为职业生涯做好充分准备。本文围绕英国大学工作本位学习中的动因和发展、定义与特征、主要类型、成效与问题等四个方面对英国高等教育工作本位学习的基本情况作了简要的介绍和分析。
Higher education in the UK has been undergoing a series of significant changes in recent years. One of the most notable amongst these was the work based learning initiative with the primary objective of ensuring that all students completing their higher education would be better prepared for the requirements of working life. This paper summarises the current 'state of play' of work-based learning in higher education in the UK. More specifically, it focuses on the drives for and the developments in undergraduate work-based learning, identifies and examines its definitions , characteristics, and main forms. Finally , the impact and some specific issues arising from the implementation of work based learning are also addressed.
