摘要
运营模式分析、业务流程改进和信息系统实现是流程驱动型变革的三个主要环节。基本的运营模式分析涉及分析与供应商的关系、分析与客户的关系、分析企业内部业务运作方式及分析企业的资金和成本管控方式。业务流程改进是在运营模式分析的基础上,以流程再造为核心,同时配套进行组织职责调整、管理制度改进、关键绩效指标设置及信息化需求分析,并最终以对已有信息系统的改造或建立新的信息系统来保证新流程的落地实现。
Operation mode analysis, business process improvement and realization of me management information system are main parts of the PDR(process driver reform). The basic operation mode analysis includes the relationship analysis of supplier, customerand internal operation mode, also the financial management and the control method. Based on the analysis result, process reform, as the key of business process improvement, is performed. Adjuasting the organization structure, improvinr the management system, building the key performance index and analyzing the requirement of informationization are considered simultaneously. In order to ensure the realization of new operation process, the old information system must be updated or new information should be built finally.
