摘要
考虑物品在保管期间出现变质,且变质系数与保管时间正相关,提出了一种需求率随时间指数增长,销售和采购价格均随时间指数下降的变质物品EOQ模型。数值仿真和主要参数灵敏度分析表明,各周期服务水平随时间逐步降低,且随销售价格变动因子和变质系数增长因子变大而下降,随采购价格变动因子变大而上升;计划期内订货次数、各周期服务水平和产品总利润受需求增长因子和短缺量拖后系数变动的影响较小,受销售和采购价格以及变质系数变化的影响较大。
This paper presented an EOQ model for deteriorating items with time-varying demand, sale and purchase price and deteriorating parameter, under the assumption that deteriorating parameter is relative to the holding time. The existence of unique optimal solution was proved by a numerical example. Sensitivity analysis showed that service level of every cycle is lowered gradually with time and demand increasing factor and deteriorating parameter increasing factor get largening; and the changing of demand increasing factor and partial backlogging parameter has a greater impact on the order time, service level of every cycle and total profit in a finite horizon than that of sale and purchase price.
