摘要
肌无力综合征（Eaton—Lambert syndrome，ELS）是由于运动神经末稍乙酰胆碱的释放减少，使神经肌肉传导障碍所致。多伴发于肿瘤，以小细胞型肺癌最多见；主要表现为四肢近端的躯干肌肉无力（下肢症状重于上肢），消瘦和易疲劳，行动缓慢，偶见眼外肌和延髓支配肌肉受累。为进一步提高对肺癌伴发ELS的认识，笔者对我院肺癌伴发ELS病例进行回顾分析，以期为肺癌伴发ELS与肺癌转移和免疫相关肌无力疾病的鉴别提供临床依据。
