The relation between pollution source and air quality is not only the key issue of environment sciences research, but also the core issue of enviroment management and decision making. This paper introduced the characteristics of air pollution and the origin and development of pollution source apportionment technology, at the same time, introduced the correlative apportionment technology, the existent problems of domestic source apportionment technology and the development trend.
