摘要
对火力发电厂经常使用的马氏体耐热钢(T91)/奥氏体钢(TP347H)异种钢焊接管接头在立焊位置进行工艺试验研究。确定了焊接工艺参数,对焊接接头进行了拉伸、弯曲、冲击等力学性能试验、金相组织分析以及应力腐蚀试验。结果表明采用钨极氩弧焊(TIG)的接头性能优于TIG焊打底手工电弧焊盖面的接头性能。
It studies on the performance experiments of the joints of T91 martensitic steel and TP347H austenitic special rolled-steel bar steel which is in the vertical welding position in this paper,which are commonly used in heat-engine plant.The welding process parameters are determined,and the performance experiments of the joints,such as the tensile test,the bend test and the impact test are carried out.The stress-corrosion tests of joints are done too.At the same time,the microstructure of the joints is observed.The result shows the performance of the pipe joint welded by TIG is better than that of welded by TIG root welding and manual arc covering.
