摘要
针对带钢纵剪生产线活套控制的工艺要求,设计了基于S7-300 PLC控制的纵剪生产线活套控制系统,实现了活套内带钢的平稳均匀移动。经过现场应用,验证了活套控制系统的可行性和可靠性。
Aiming at the control system of loop in splitting production line technical requirements,we designed control system of loop in splitting production line based on S7-300 PLC control,which realized strip uniform and stable movement inside loop.Through application in site,it was verified that control system of loop is feasible and reliable.
