摘要
采用快开门长方体矿用隔爆壳子,在门法兰和壳法兰上大都安装了卡规或卡板(以下均称卡规)。其作用是关门后将门法兰和壳法兰相应的边卡住,当壳腔内火花引燃腔内可燃气体发生爆炸,爆炸冲力不能打开壳子关着的门,并保证壳法兰和门法兰贴合着的隔爆面之间的间隙不超过隔爆间隙要求,壳腔内火花不能穿越隔爆面,到壳子外面。因此壳子的壳法兰、门法兰及卡规必需有足够的强度和一定的精度。就快开门防爆壳子常用的几种卡轨作了简要阐述。
