摘要
作者分析深低温低流量灌注(25ml·kg-1·min-1)和常规体外循环灌注(100ml·kg-1·min-1)的体动脉、颈内静脉的氧和乳酸含量,得出两者在体外循环期间脑细胞的代谢变化上基本相似的结论,认为深低温低流量体外循环灌注方法完全能保证脑组织代谢需要,防止脑组织损伤的并发症发生。
The authors studied the blood oxygen and lactatecontents in deep hypothermia low-flow perfusion(25ml/kg/min) and routine hypothermia cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) (100ml/kg/min). The resultsshowed that both changes of cerebral cell metabolismwere same during CPB. The cerebral cell metabolismcould be satisfied and the complication of cerebral cellinjury could be avoided when the they temperature was20℃ and the perfusion flow was 25ml/kg/min.
