摘要
为了解急性脑血管病（ACVD）对内分泌功能的影响，对46例男性AVCD患者的垂体促性腺激素、性腺激素和催乳素（PRL）作了测定。结果提示，ACVD患者PRL、黄体生成激素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、睾酮（T）、雌二醇（F2）明显增高，脑出血组尤为明显；脑出血组的PRL明显高于脑梗塞组。表明ACVD可引下丘脑－垂体－性陈轴及垂体催乳素的改变。
The levels of PRL, LH, FSH, T and E2 weremeasured by radioimmunoassay in 46 male patientswith acute cerebrovascular disease (ACVD). The resultsshowed that PRL, LH, FSH, T and E2 elevated incerebral infarction cases, and LH, FSH were significantly higher than control group (P<0. 01 ). Thesefindings suggested that the increased level of sex hormones and PRL with ACVD may indicate the severityof the disease.
