基于LabVIEW的滚筒制动试验台检测分析系统

Test and Analyze System of Roller Brake Test-bed Based on LabVIEW

测试系统根据车辆制动特点,以针对性的信号调理电路、数据采集卡、高配置微机和制动试验台为测试硬件,以LabVIEW为平台开发测试软件,构建出基于LabVIEW的制动试验台检测分析系统。试验证明:该系统不仅能够检测出被测车辆制动过程的波形变化,而且能够对采集到的信号进行傅里叶变换、功率谱分析、相位变化检测,把制动过程的信息更详细、直观地展现给用户,弥补了目前制动试验台显示功能单一和缺少分析功能的不足。

According to braking characteristics of vehicle, the test system used specific conditioning circuits, data acquisition card, high configuration computer and brake test-bed as the test hardware, used LabVIEW to empolder test software as the core for data analysis, constructed test and analysis system of brake test-bed based on LabVIEW. Test shows that the system not only can detect waveform changes in the vehicles braking process, but also collect the signals Fourier transform, power spectrum analysis, phase change detection, display the information of braking process to users more detailedly and visually. It offsets the deficiency of single display and the lack of analyze function of the current brake test-bed.
