摘要
油库是储存和供应石油产品的专业性仓库,是协调原油生产和加工、成品油运输及供应的纽带。油库收发油系统的自动化程度是油库现代化水平的主要标志之一。文中是为某油库设计的基于PLC和组态王的自动收发油控制系统。该系统采用上下位机控制模式,上位机采用工控机+组态软件,下位机采用Q系列PLC,充分发挥各自优势,实现油库收发油作业的完整监控工作。
The oil depot is professional warehouse that stores and supplies the oil product,and is the tie that coordinates the crude oil processing and the oil transportation and supplying. The automatic degree of the oil receiving and delivery system in oil depot is one of the main signs of the modernized level of oil depot. The paper designed the oil automatic receive and delivery control system for an oil depot based on PLC and Kingview. The system adopts superior-inferior control mode. The superior control system adopts IPC and configuration software, and the inferior control system adopts Mitsubishi Q series PLC. Superior computer and inferior controller play their own advantages thoroughly, and achieve the whole monitor and control process of the oil receiving and delivery operation in oil depot.
