摘要
针对绝缘纸板微水分测量中传感器电极与纸板的接触压力问题,利用绝缘纸板微水分介电测量系统,将绝缘纸板置于平板电容传感器中并施加压力,传感器在正弦驱动信号源的作用下,输出的感应信号经调理电路缓冲、滤波,并与驱动信号比较。得到测量信号的增益及相位角随压力的增大而减小的变化趋势。针对理论分析与实验结果的差异分析原因,得出了极板变形所引起驱动电极接地电容及电导的增大会使所测电压增益及相位角减小的结论。
The contacting press between the electrode and the pressboard can affect the measurement of moisture in transformer insulated pressboard. Insulated pressboard was placed in the parallel-plate capacitive sensor, which was driven by the sinusoidal signal generator, to measure the effects of press. The output signal was buffered and filtered by interface circuit, then compared with the driven signal. The gain and phase of the signal decreases with increasing press on the sample. It concludes that the deformation of the driven electrode can enlarge its ground capacitance and conductance, which can decrease the gain and phase measured.
