摘要
基于ANSYS的二次开发技术实现了部分预应力碳纤维塑料(Carbon Fiber-reinforced Polymer/Plastic,简称CFRP)筋混凝土梁的疲劳全过程分析方法.在本课题组完成的4根梁的300万次疲劳试验的基础上,完成了13根梁试件的疲劳有限元参数分析,研究了混凝土强度、预应力度以及非预应力筋应力幅等参数对部分预应力CFRP筋混凝土梁疲劳性能的影响.基于试验研究以及有限元参数分析结果,提出了部分预应力CFRP筋混凝土梁的疲劳设计建议.
The full-range analytical method for predicting the fatigue responses of the concrete beams partially prestressed with CFRP(Carbon Fiber-reinforced Polymer/Plastic)tendons is presented based on the second development of ANSYS. Combined with three million cycles fatigue tests of four concrete beams, the FE parametric analysis on 13 specimens under fatigue loads is conducted to investigate the influences of concrete strength, partial prestress ratio, and stress range of non-prestressed steel on the fatigue behavior of concrete beams. In addition, the design proposals are provided based on the experiment results and parametric analysis.
