农村卫生事业存在的问题及改进思路——以湖北省为例

The problems of rural health cause and the way to improve——Take Hubei province as examper

近年来,农村卫生事业有了长足发展,但也存在诸多问题,如卫生机构设置、人员配备不合理,卫生专业人才缺乏,财政对农村卫生投入不足,对村卫生室管理缺位等。文章试图以湖北省农村卫生为例进行分析研究,以寻求解决这些问题的思路。

In recent years, rural health services have made great development. But there are also many problems, such as health institutions, staffing unreasonable, the lack of health professionals and financial inputed,and the lack of adequate management positions on rural health rooms. This paper attempts to take Huhei Province as an example to study, in order to seek a thinking of solution to these problems.
