The Upgrading of Industrial Clusters of Zhejiang and Government's Path

产业集群对区域经济发展和提升区域经济竞争力起着重要的作用。本文运用产业集群理论,分析了浙江包装产业集群的现状,针对产业集群升级过程中存在的问题,从政府的角度就如何培育产业集群的持续创新优势提出一些针对性的建议。

Industrial clusters played an important role in the development of regional economic and the improvement of regional economic competitiveness. In this paper, using the industrial clusters theory to analysis the status quo of Zhejiang packaging industry cluster, and against the existing problems of industrial clusters in the process of upgrading, put forward some specific suggestions how to foster industrial clusters of continuous innovation advantage from the government＇s point of view.
