Type selection analysis for the boiler equipments of 1000 MW ultra-supercritical unit

华电国际邹县发电厂1 000MW超超临界机组锅炉是我国首批百万千瓦级机组引进技术国产化的示范工程,在设备选型中,没有现成的模式可以借鉴。结合机组运行的情况,从机组容量、煤质、燃烧形式、受热面选材等几个方面进行了分析,提出了锅炉设备选型所应注意的几个主要问题。

The 1 000 MW uhra-supercritical boiler of Zouxian Power Plant of Huadian Power International Corporation Limited is one of the first localized demonstration projects for imported technology of 1 000 MW unlts, there was no ready-made mode for reference in equipment-type selection. Combining the unit operation, the analysis on the unit capacity, coal grade, eombustion mode and heating surface material were done, and several main problems nee- ding attention in boiler equipments type selection were put fro＇ward in this article.
