针对大方发电有限公司#11炉结焦严重的现象,结合该锅炉设备、系统、运行方式特点,系统分析了锅炉结焦的具体原因。在大量试验、分析、总结的基础上,提出了一系列解决锅炉结焦的可行措施,经实际运行,锅炉结焦现象基本得到控制。

Aiming at the serious clinkering problem of ^#11 boiler in Dafang Generation Corporation Limitied, the concrete reasons of boiler clinkering were analyzed systematically combining with the features of the boiler equipments, system and operation. Based on a large number of experiments, analyzing and summarizing, a series of feasible measures for solving the problem of boiler clinkering were proposed, and after adopting those measures in practice the problem of boiler clinkering has been controlled basically.
