摘要
增压风机是保证脱硫系统运行性能和可靠性的重要设备,它的选型对降低脱硫工程的造价、优化脱硫系统性能有较大影响。通过工程实例,从性能参数、能耗、运行维护及成本等方面对动叶可调轴流式风机和静叶可调轴流风机进行了具体的经济技术比较,对脱硫系统增压风机的选型进行了分析,所得结论可为燃煤电厂湿法烟气脱硫系统中增压风机的选择提供参考。
The booster fan is important device for performance and reliability of desulfurization system, its type selection has greater influence on the overall cost and performance optimization of desulfurization system. The economic and technical comparison between axial-fan with adjustable moving vanes and axial-fan with adjustable static vanes were given from the aspects of performance parameters, power consumption, maintenance and cost. The conclusion of this research can be used as a reference for booster fan selection of FGD engineering.
