子宫内膜异位症中趋化性细胞因子ENA-78、IL-8的表达及意义

The expression and significance of epithelial neutrophil ENA-78、IL-8 in endometriosis

目的：探讨趋化性细胞因子ENA-78、IL-8在子宫内膜异位症（EM）发病机制中的作用。方法：应用酶联免疫吸附法测定50例EM患者及20例非EM患者（对照组）腹腔液中ENA-78和IL-8水平。结果：EM组患者腹腔液ENA-78、IL-8的水平（326．25±231．35pg／ml、3．58±1．98ng／ml）均显著高于对照组（123．85±61．42pg／ml、1．25±0．78ng／m1）（P〈0．05）；EM组Ⅲ-Ⅳ期患者腹腔液中ENA-78、IL-8水平（504．65±256．14pg／ml、4．87±1．59ng／ml）均显著高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期患者腹腔液ENA-78、IL-8水平（210．12±102．23pg／ml、2．06±1．55ng／ml，P〈0．05）；EM组及对照组增生期和分泌期腹腔液中ENA-78、IL-8差异无统计学意义；腹腔液中ENA-78、IL-8的水平无明显相关性（P〉0．05）。结论：EM患者腹腔液中ENA-78、IL-8水平增高，与期别相关，可能为子宫内膜异位症的发病因素之一。

Objective： To investigate the role of epithelial neutrophil--acfivating peptide-78 （ENA-78） and interleukin-8 （IL-8） in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods： peritoneal fluid concentrations of ENA-78 and IL-8 were measured by means of enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）in 50 patients with endometriosis and 20 women without endometriosis （control group）. Results： peritoneal fluid concentrations of ENA-78 and IL-8 were significantly higher in endometriesis group than in the control group（326.25±231.35pg/ml,3.58±1.98 ng/ml;123.85±61.42pg/ml,1.25 ±0.78ng/ml, P 〈0.05） ,and ENA-78 and IL-8 levels in stages Ⅲ and IV were siguifieandy higher than those in stages Ⅰ and Ⅱ （504.65 ±256.14pg/ml、4.87±1.59ng/ml;210. 12±102.23pg/ml, 2.06±1.55 ng/ml,P〈0.05）. Significant diference in ENA-78 and IL-8 levels between proliferative phase and secretory phase was found in neither of the groups. There is no significant correlation between ENA-78 and IL-8 levels （r=0.0873, P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Patients with endometriosis have elevated peritoneal fluid ENA-78 and IL-8 levels, which have correlated with the stage. They might be pathogenic factors of endometriosis.
