HRCT在颅底骨折诊断中的价值

HRCT in skull bottom bone fracture diagnosis value

目的:对比常规CT扫描与高分辨CT(high-resolution CT,HRCT)扫描在颅底骨折诊断中的作用,探讨HRCT在颅底骨折诊断中的价值。方法:对具有明显的颅底骨折症状的135例病例采用GE Hispeed NX/i系列双螺旋CT扫描机,先CT常规扫描(层厚层间距5mm),然后进行HRCT扫描,并就结果对比分析。结果:135例颅底骨折中HRCT显示骨折线105例,CT常规扫描显示骨折线69例,二者比较差异非常显著。结论:HRCT扫描法能大幅提高颅底骨折的诊断率。

Objective：Comparison of conventional CT scan and HRCT scan fracture of the skull base in the role. Method： 135 cases with obvious fracture symptoms of the skull base were reviewed and analyzed. We used hospital CE Hispeed NX/i series of dual -slice CT scanner, Conventional first CT scan （slice thickness of the pitch 5 mm）, then HRCT high-resolution CT scans, and the results were compared. Results： 135 cases with fracture of the skull base fracture line HRCT show 105 cases, CT scan showed that conventional fracture line 69 cases, the difference between the two is very significant. Conclusion：HRCT scanning can substantially increase the rate of fractures of the skull base.
