我国男子冰球运动员冰上训练血象参数的变化特点 被引量:9

摘要 研究目的:探讨采用血象参数和血尿素监控男子冰球冰上训练负荷量的可行性。研究方法:利用血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(Hct)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)和红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)和血尿素(BUN)等指标,对训练过程进行监控。研究结果:中等负荷量训练前后Hb、Hct、MCHC和RDW无显著性差异,BUN较训练前明显增高,具有显著性差异;大负荷量训练后Hb和MCHC仍无显著性差异,Hct较训练前明显下降,具有显著性差异,RDW和BUN较训练前显著增高,具有极显著性差异。研究结论:Hb和MCHC对男子冰球冰上训练负荷量监控不敏感;Hct和RDW可作为大负荷量冰上训练监控的敏感指标;BUN可以用来监控男子冰球冰上训练负荷量。 The paper's to discuss the feasibility to monitor the load quantity of male ice hockey training with the hemogram parameter and blood urea index. The research methods relate to monitor and statistically analyze the change of male players' hemogram parameters of hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit (Hct), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC) and red blood cell volume distribution width (RDW) and blood urea(BUN), there are no significant difference about Hb, Hct, MCHC, RDW with middle load quantity, but the increase of BUN is obvious and results in significant difference ; there are no significant difference about Hb and MCHC with big load quantity, but the decrease of Hct is obvious and results in significant difference, the increase of RDW and BUN are obvious and result in very significant difference, The conclusion is that the indexes of Hb and MCHC are insensitive in monitoring the load quantity, the indexes Hct and RDW may be used in monitoring the big load quantity, the index of BUN may be used in monitoring the load quantity of male ice hockey training.
