自改革开放以来,在家庭联产承包责任制和市场放开政策的推动下,中国肉类生产高速增长,在增加农民收入、优化农业结构、改善居民膳食结构方面发挥了主导作用。
Since the opening-up and reform, China's meat production has witnessed a rise at top speed. The per capita meat availability has overtaken the world's average from mid 1990's, making an important contribution to improving the living standard of the people. Meanwhile, a leading role has been played in increase of farmers" income, optimization of agro-structure and improvement of residents' diet structure.
