Minor Grain Economy with Featured Industry

所谓杂粮，是与“大粮”（大品种谷物）相对而言。它是小品种谷物、豆类和薯类的总称。像大麦、荞麦、燕麦、高梁、绿豆、芸豆、赤豆、“三薯”（红薯、木薯和马铃薯）等都属于杂粮的范畴。我国杂粮生产在世界上占有举足轻重的地位，是我国广阔西部地区具有优势的特色产业。在传统观念中，把杂粮仅仅视为单个的产品，而未把杂粮视为一项特色经济产业，置于战略地位进行研究和发展。

It is of economic, social and ecological importance, when the minor grain economy is placed on an important strategy position and strongly developed through the adopted measures. Tentative tariffs for exporting the minor grain ＆ products should be lifted based on continued free trade, in a bid to enjoy a greater share in world market.
