摘要
花生是世界范围内重要的植物油脂来源之一，也是重要的植物蛋白资源，对保障油脂和蛋白及动物饲料供给有重要作用。本文就进入二十一世纪以来世界及我国花生油的生产、消费、贸易和加工业发展现状与前景初步分析如下。
Peanut remains one of major vegetable oil sources and important vegetable protein resources in the world, having an important role in securing supplies of oils, protein and animal feed. This article analyses the development conditions and prospects for peanut oil production, consumption, trade and processing in China and in the world since the beginning of the 21 st century.
