长三角燃煤电厂烟气脱硫对二氧化硫污染的改善效果 被引量:2

摘要 长三角地区是典型的城市群聚集区,能源消耗和污染物排放量巨大,大气环境污染严重,区域性复合污染特征突出。文章结合2004年长三角地区燃煤电厂SO2排放清单以及"十一五"期间的脱硫计划,测算了2010年长三角地区燃煤电厂的SO2排放量,并应用美国CALPUFF模型,模拟了脱硫前后大气中SO2的年均浓度变化。研究结果表明,到2010年,长三角地区SO2排放总量将从2004年的1850000t下降到1430000t,其中燃煤电厂的排放量将从2004年的1260000t下降到840000t;电厂排放在长三角地区造成的SO2年均浓度将从11.1μg/m3下降到9.9μg/m3,下降比例达11%,受益城市广泛,环境改善效果明显,其中上海和宁波等城市的SO2排放削减量最大,受益亦最大。 Yangtze river delta region is typical city groups assembling region. Large scale energy consumption and pollution emission lead to critical environmental pollution and regional composition pollution. According to the SO2 emission inventory of power plants in Yangtze River Delta region and the desulphurization plan implemented in the "Eleventh- fiveyear plan", the SO2 emission amount in 2010 was calculated. The air quality model of CALPUFF was used to predict the changes of sulfur oxygen's annual concentration in the base year of 2004 and the target year of 2010. Result shows that the SO2 emissions will decrease from 1.85 million tons to 1.43 million tons, while the SO2 emission amount in the power plants sector will decrease from 1.26 million tons to 0.84 million tons. As a result, the SO2 annual concentration in YRD region caused by power plants will decrease from 11.1 g/m^3 to 9.9 g/m^3 , with the descend rate of 11%. The desulphurization plan almost benefits every city in YRD region, especially Shanghai and Ningbo.
