石钢连铸方坯热送热装系统翻钢装置的设计研究开发与应用

摘要 针对石钢连铸方坯热送热装系统中缓冲保温区存在的密排高温钢坯出钢侧第1根钢坯在保温过程中产生变形的问题,研究、设计、开发了一种新型翻钢装置,并成功应用于生产,创造性地解决了2套连铸机与1条轧钢生产线相连的热送热装难题。 For the first billet of the close packed billets in the buffering heat preservation district along the tapping side, as in heat preservation process in the hot delivery and hot charging system of continuous casting billet of Shijiazhuang Steel and Iron Co., Ltd., the first billet exists metamorphosed problem. To this problem, a new turnover device is under R&D and designed. The device has been successfully put into production, and creatively solve the hot delivery and hot charging problems that happened in the connection between 2 continues casting production lines and 1 hot rolling production lines.
