蒲公英不同器官多糖含量测定及抗氧化性研究 被引量:26

摘要 用热水浸提法提取蒲公英多糖,用苯酚-硫酸法测定不同器官多糖含量,结果显示:根、叶、花中多糖含量分别为56.02%、16.50%、36.74%。3种器官多糖对自由基都有一定的清除作用。根多糖清除自由基的作用不是很显著,叶多糖和花多糖对O2-·的清除作用很显著,分别达到96.9%和96.6%,花多糖对·OH的清除作用要好一些,最大为70.3%。3种器官多糖对LPO的清除作用都较低,最大值只有29.73%。实验说明蒲公英叶多糖和花多糖具有很好的抗氧化性。 The paper studied the hot water extraction of the water-solube polysaccharides from Dandelion, the content of polysaccharide is determined by phenol-sulphuric acid method.Resuh shows that the average content of polysaccharides from Dandelion roots,leaves and flowers are 56.02 %,16.50 %,36.24 %.The experimental result indicated all of the three organ polysaccharides have the effect of free radical scavenging.Roots polysaccharides have little effect of free radical scavenging than the leaves and flowers.Leaves and flower polysaccharides have great effect of scavenging for O2-', the scavenging rate of which are 96.9 %, 96.6 %.Flower polysaccharides shows great effect of scavenging for · OH, the scavenging rate of which is 70.3 %.The three organ polysaccharides have little effect of scavenging for LPO.The main finding is the leaves and flowers polysaccahrides have great effct of oxidation resistance.
