摘要
筛选出一种适合于分离纯化桃花红色素(RPPB)的吸附剂。通过对3种不同大孔吸附树脂的静态吸附、解吸实验,比较了它们对RPPB的吸附量和解吸率,并对分离纯化效果较好的D101树脂进行了动力学研究。结果表明:所选3种树脂的吸附量均较高,其中D101树脂可达118.3mg/g,以80%乙醇解吸时,解吸率为49.37%,且具有良好的动力学特性。D101树脂综合性能较好,适合于作为分离纯化RPPB的理想材料。
To select a kind of suitable macroporous resin which can be used to separate and purify red pigment from peach blossom (RPPB). According to the static-adsorption capacity and static-desorption rate of the resin, 3 kinds of macroporous resins were studied. And the static-adsorption dynamic curve of D101 macroporous resin was studied. Experiment results showed that the adsorption capacity of 3 kinds of resins was all high. And the static-adsorption capacity of D101 resin was vent was 80 % ethanol. The static-adsorption 118.3 mg/g, the static-desorption rate was 49.37 % when the sol- dynamic curve was perfect. D101 macroporous resin showed better comprehensive adsorption property. It can be used to separate and purify RPPB.
