摘要
对香椿叶中总黄酮的几种不同提取方法进行了试验比较。结果表明,微波辅助提取法具有高效、省时等优点,特别适用于香椿叶总黄酮的提取;酶法提取反应温和,效果较好,提取率高,也适用于提取香椿叶中的总黄酮;超声波辅助提取法、常规溶剂回流也可用于提取香椿叶中的总黄酮;而超临界CO2和半仿生提取法不适合提取香椿叶中的总黄酮。
Comparison of extraction methods for total flavonoids from Toona sinensis (A Juss.) Roem leave was presented. The experiment results shows that: microwave assisted extraction has a bright prospect in total flavonoids from Toona sinensis (A Juss.) Roem leaves with the characteristics of considerable time saving and high extraction efficiency, enzymic treatment extraction is also suitable for extracting total flavonoids from Toona sinensis (A Juss.) Roem leaves with the characteristics of considerable clemency and high extraction efficiency; ultrasonic wave assisted extraction and countercurrent extraction with reflux is useful for extracting total flavonoids from Toona sinensis (A Juss.) Roem leaves, but supercritical CO2 extraction and semi-bionic extrac- tion is inapplicable to extracting total flavonoids from Toona sinensis(A Juss.) Roem leaves.
