成年杂种犬颞下颌关节三维有限元模型的建立

摘要 建立正中咬合最大咀嚼肌力作用下成年杂种犬正常及颞下颌关节不同手术后下颌骨的三维有限元模型。采用三维影像重建技术和三维有限元分析方法,结果显示:下颌骨螺旋CT和有限元模型三维重建影像的几何相似性良好,形态还原性较理想;三维有限元模型网格划分准确合理,加载方式符合生理状况,比较真实地反映和模拟了功能状态下颞下颌关节与的受力情况。此建模方法可行有效,为分析成年杂种犬颞下颌关节在各种状况下的生物力学行为提供了可能。 Three dimensional finite element models of the mandibles in normal adult dog and adult dogs with various operations were generated in centric occlusion during maximum muscle forcesby spiral computed tomographic (SCT) three dimensional image reconstruction technique and three dimensional finite element analysis method. The result shows: Good mandibular model geometry similarity and shape restitution were demonstrated between SCT three dimensional reconstruction image and three dimensional finite element model. Accurate and rational mesh refinement was obtained in the model. Loading pattern correspond to physiological condition with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) forces in functional loading was reflected and simulated more realistically. The modeling method was feasible and effective. It was possible to analyse the biomechanical behavior of adult dog TMJ in various functional cases by the model.
