摘要
为了充分利用安络小皮伞菌资源,通过液体深层发酵获得安络小皮伞菌丝体及发酵滤液,采用水提醇沉法提取菌丝体胞内多糖,采用醇沉法提取发酵滤液胞外多糖。通过体外实验研究安络小皮伞胞外及胞内多糖对羟自由基、超氧阴离子、DPPH的清除作用以及对H2O2诱导的红细胞氧化溶血和大鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化的抑制作用。结果表明,胞外、胞内多糖对羟自由基均具有显著的清除作用,对超氧阴离子、DPPH的清除作用以及对大鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化的抑制作用良好,对H2O2诱导的红细胞氧化溶血抑制作用较弱,相同浓度时胞内多糖的抗氧化活性高于胞外多糖。
To make the best use ofMarasmius androsaceus sources. Marasmius androsaceus mycelium and fermented filtrated liquor were acquired by means of deep liquid fermentation. Water-extraction and ethanol-precipitation method was used to extract intracellular polysaccharides in mycelium, and ethanol-precipitation method was used to extract extracellular polysaccharides in fermented filtrated liquor. The in vitro scavenging activities of polysaccharides on hydroxyl radical,superoxide radical,and DPPH, and its inhibitory effects on H2O2-induced hemolysis of rat erythrocytes and lipid peroxidation of liver homogenate in rat were investigated. The results of anti-oxidative experiments showed that the elimination rate of extracellular and intracellular polysaccharides to ·OH were pretty high. Their effects on ·O2-, DPPH and lipid peroxidation of liver homogenate in rat were evident. They had less influence on H2O2-induced hemolysis of rat erythrocytes. With the same concentration, intracellular polysaccharides were more effective than extracellular polysaccharides on anti-oxidation.
