中国伦理学中的责任观

The Responsibility of Chinese Ethics

责任概念在中国伦理学中的很少涉及。责任来源于天命,一种外来的力量,是不可改变的,不由自己决定。责任首先应该指向群体,中国式的责任意味着对社会、国家的义务。中国人面对责任选择逃避,因为责任是来自"天命",已经先天地被决定并无可选择。逃避、推诿是中国人责任承担的外在表现;忧患意识则是其内在体现。

＂Responsibility＂ is seldom mentioned in Chinese ethics. It originates from Decree of Heaven, exterior force, which is inalterable, which is not decided by oneself. At first responsibility should point to community, Chinese responsibility means that it is obligated to society and country. Faced with responsibility, Chinese select evasion for it comes form ＂Decree of Heaven＂, which is inbornly decided without selection. Chinese assume responsibility by evading and making excuse in exterior behaviour and by melancholy consciousness in interior behaviour.
