摘要
适应新农村建设的农村中小学师资培训存在的主要问题表现在农村中小学师资培训角色定位不清晰,师资培训内容陈旧,缺少综合协调的师资培训规划与管理体制,以及缺乏农村中小学师资培训的合格"双师型"培训教师等。为此,适应新农村建设的农村中小学师资培训机制要以教师专业化为导向,制度创新为突破口,切实加强农村师资队伍建设,全面提升农村教师整体素质,为社会主义新农村建设发挥重大的作用。
Nowadays, problems of rural middle school and primary school teacher training adapting to New Village Construction are clear including indistinct roleorientation of teacher training, outdated training content, lacking of integrated and coordinative planning and managing institution, and the shortage of qualified "two-function" training lecturer. To deal with these problems, rural middie school and primary school teacher training mechanism adapting to New Village Construction should practically reinforce rural teacher construction and overall improve all rural teacher's quality under the direction of teacher dpecialization and the breakthrough of creative institutions, to play a crucial part in the process of Socialism New Village Construction.
