The Thinking of the Gannan's Urbanization of Rural Settlements

赣南乡村聚落城镇化的现状是水平低、发展快、困难多、压力大、质量差。制约其发展的主要问题是资金不足、聚落规划不科学、产业结构不合理、劳动力水平低和政策制度不完善等,要解决这些问题就必须加大资金投入、科学开展城镇规划、合理调整产业结构、加快区域移民、提高农业人口素质、改革政策制度。

Gannan＇s urbanization of rural settlements has many problems： low level of urbanization, rapid development, many difficulties and pressure and poor quality of the current situation. The main difficulties are the shortage of funds, village planning unscientific, irrational industrial structure and low levels of labor. The policy system is imperfect. To solve these problems we must increase capital investment, science and the urban planning and rational adjustment of the industrial structure, speed up regional immigrants, improve the quality of the agricultural population, reform the policy system.
